The Emilio Pucci woman as envisioned by designer Peter Dundas is rock and roll, sexy and elegant for Fall. We see that Dundas is most at home in the Seventies-flavored, rock star territory. Pucci did not disappoint with the classic prints and beautiful colors incorporated into this collection. Most of the pieces were rendered in forest shades: we had clingy cocktail dresses, vamping them up with lace-edged portholes above the bosom or on the back and framing the shoulder blades. Also the detailing is amazing: brilliant embroidered, encrusted, and generally all-around embellished knee-length lace and velvet dresses. It shows yet again that the Pucci workmanship is impressive. That's also the big reason I love the label so much. The garments this Fall accentuate the bust rather than the brand's usual emphasis on the legs.
So mister Dundas, can you send me the first dress pretty please?
