2am's first win after 1.5 years of debut

I'm sure you all have seen how new groups are stealing all the titles right after they debut right?

Look at Miss A, they are practically winning all the awards possible right now.

But this post is not about them. It's about this guy called Jo Kwon.

He's the leader of 2am. More often than not, he's known as the kkab king. kkab in korean is known as people who do nonsensical stuff and parodies of other people's performances. They are people that have exceptional facial expressions during performances. Those that can really make you laugh till your jaw drops.

Having the mischievious nature, most of us would think that he's a joker and stuff. But he is de-facto a serious worker.

For your information, he has been training under JYP Entertainment for an astonishing 8 years. This is no joke, he is easily the record-holder when it comes to the number of years spent as a trainee. As some of you might now, days as a trainee is definitely not easy, you train everyday but the problem is that no one sees your effort and sweat. Everything is behind the scene.

Also, in the media industry, age is money, after 8 years, you might be too old for the industry per se.

But Jo Kwon perserved, even after debut, he worked hard and strived to fulfill his promise he made years ago when he was still a trainee, and that is to work hard and make his mom proud and eventually becoming a huge star.

Even after debut, he was faced with much difficulties but he persevered and now, he has finally earned himself a winning title on Inkigayo. A well-deserved win I must say.

Enjoy the video below.

The song is :

Can't Let You Go Even If I Die

It is also recognised as the song of the first half of the year 2010 right now.
